Owners (and or their guest) when staying at the unit will receive VIP treatment beyond normal hotel guests. Special treatment such as a separate check-in counter, no waiting in line for restaurants/clubs.
It is my understanding that owners of these units are only allowed to occupy the unit for 28 days a year or less. Here is the process my clients will go through when seriously considering making a purchase at the Hard Rock. Buyers must be prequalifed with one of Hard Rock preferred lenders or show a copy of a liquid asset statement showing financial ability. Once that takes place, I will arrange to have a private tour of the facility for us with a Hard Rock escort, who will grant access all of the hotels facilities including clubs, restaurants, rooms, etc. The preferred times for these tours are Thur, Fri and Sat evenings at 7:00pm. Daytime tours available for those not expected to utilize the nightlife scene of the property and therefore want to skip that portion of the tour. Tours must be arranged a day or two prior to the tour date. Tours may or may not include a tour of a specific room for sale. This is because with the limited availability the tour is a chance to see and feel and experience the Rock Royalty status enjoyed by Hard Rock owners. Then when a unit becomes available I will call you to let you know the details and hope you are ready at that time based on your prior visit to the Hard Rock to make a decision to acquire the unit.
