Most people think Palermo is in Little Italy, but its actually in the Cortez Hill neighborhood, but cross the street going west and you are in Little Italy. |

| Like the most: |
Palermo residents conveyed to me they love the courtyard area with pool, hot tub, waterfall and lush gardens.
Low HOA fees and close proximity to Little Italy.
|
| Like the least: |
Sound insulation between the units is poor, (probably because they were built to apartment standards and later converted to condos). |
| Other comments: |
You can have barbeques on your own private balcony.
The building does not allow wood floors.
