Like the most:	Very solid construction, private & quiet. Small community of only 66 neighbors. Far enough away to not hear the train horns or the Gaslamp noise.
Like the least:	Only having one parking space (this applies to all units in the building). Dislike the property mgmt company, feel they are disrespectful to the owners.
