Other: Because there are not a lot of high rise buildings around Alicante, most units have very open and panoramic views. This location in Bankers Hill does require a lot of walking to get to stores and dining places. There are a few cafes around including a coffee shop/tea house in the retail space of the Alicante building.
Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: Panoramic bay views including the airport runway.
North: Panoramic city views.
East: Some tall building across the street but great views on either side or between the buildings.
South: Panoramic views from about the 7th floor and up including the downtown skyline and the Coronado bridge for units high up in the Alicante condos building.
Note: These views may change in the future or if your on a very low floor may not have any view. Each buyer should verify on their own.

Like the most:
Alicante condo residents gave lots of praise to the spectacular views from most of the units from the middle floors and up. Most units above the first few floors have panoramic views. Compliments were also given for the location of Alicante.
Like the least:
Several residents of the Alicante condos pointed out the buildings poor security. As I understand it the building does require key fob access but does not have staffed security. Residents of Alicante wish there was a pool on site and a few residents were not impressed by the basic mini blinds provided as window coverings by the builder.
