Other: Aperture lofts have exposed concrete ceilings ten feet high and some exposed concrete walls. The condo part has traditional drywalls.

Units facing these directions will probably see:
West: You will look directly into the Acqua Vista high rise, so no view really. Units on the NW corner will have great bay views out to the NW direction from the 7th floor and up.
North: You are looking into the La Vita high rise condominiums.
East: The best view in the Aperture lofts is the east view, however, the lot acorss the street is half parking lot half old small buildings that will probably one day be developed into a high rise, so caution.
South: Good panoramic views of the city from roughly the 6th floor and up.
Note: These views may change in the future or if your on a very low floor may not have any view. Each buyer should verify on their own.

Several positive comments on the high quality of construction, including the large windows and architecture in general.
